Hi I have te rechargeable collars an recently one won't turn off I've rung bellman they says sounds unusual has anyone else ever had this problem??

No i have two of them never had that bother are bellman going to look at for you ???

Yeh mate I've to send it back for repair the warrantys up now right enuf, they says they've never heard off it and sounds like a faulty led

Had the same problem last year orderd the new set up after 2 weeks the collar wouldn't turn on phoned bellman and go the same reply they had never had a problem with them before ! But in all fairness they replaced the collar with a brand new 1 with in a week so can't grumble and touch wood the new 1 has been fine since. Atb lampy

did they tell you to hold the magnet on the switch for about 2#3 seconds?

Yeh mate I've worked with the kit for a cpl of seasons now just weird it stays of for about ten seconds then starts flashing again still accurate eneverythin reading of the box just a weird one
