francolin 449 Posted August 26, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 26, 2012 thanks for replys ,i hatched a few eggs in a incubator ,the cock birds were rehomed and i kept these 2 because the kids named them they have just started to lay,only 1 egg a day at mo,dont have a clue about soft feather fowl,but one of the cock birds made a nice orpington,the eggs came as a mixture from a mate of a mate ect. francolin 449 Posted August 27, 2012 Author Report Share Posted August 27, 2012 patterdalejoel ,i did think that myself from looking at pics of wyandottes,but i have no knowledge of fowl ,kids kept em for garden ,the best bit is i just gave away 2 oxford chicks and 3 brown leghorn from show quality eggs cos they liked these in pic best, think its time i grew some balls,kids are ruleing the roost Quote Link to post Share on other sites
