Alros trailsman .22

Recommended Posts

My memory is pretty bad nowadays but I remember the Trailsman and the other Alros models the ones I came across didnt have any major faults and were worth owning, Made in the Stoke On Trent area they were a well made gun, easy to strip / repair. I think their downfall was not to fit the more eye pleasing stocks that were introduced at that time by other popular gunmakers. If the price and condition is good then its a good buy. remember though the air cylinder on such a gun MIGHT be suffering from internal corrosion!. Which A. would probally cause injury if it burst on filling. Or B. be allmost impossible to replace!
