Reconditioning a Webely vulcan

Hi i would like any tips and advice on reconditioning my old vulcan. The gun is in good working order but the stock and barrle have gone slightly rusty.

i have 2 stocks 1 is a webley and fits the vulcan but when you screew it tight you cant cock it fully, maybe if shorten the screws on it then it might work but i can try that here as i have a vulcan. (the pic of 2 stocks its the darker brown 1)

i also have another stock thats had holes taken out of the butt to lighten it by the chap that i had the vulcan off, was thinking of cutting out the holes and making a custom stock :hmm:

Thanks for that but any advice on how to remove the rust and restore the blueing myself?
