Brick built fireplace, and we sliced some bricks to make 'tiles' for the inset. Indian sandstone as a hearth and mantlepiece. did not need chimney lined. Cost of burner £350 Cost of bricks £150ish Chimney sweep £25 Installation £ Pot cowl plate etc.. £ Total about £685 sitting in front of it on a cold night with the family - priceless 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
