Malt 379 Posted July 18, 2012 Author Report Share Posted July 18, 2012 been there, both shoulders done in the last 3 years, only thing i can add is follow what the physio say to the letter and you will get back to some sort of normality, push too hard and you can make things worse than before surgery I've had both knees done twice over the past 4 years and god knows how many times over the last 15! I know the physio routines that well now I don't need any appointments with them! Dont like physios anyway. First time i got sent to one after my very first knee op, bitch pushed me that hard I split my stitches where they took the cartilage out. Got referred back to the specialist last time I saw one because the routines were causing me more grief than they were helping. Got a new specialist now who seems to be more on the ball and more familiar with the most up to date procedures. This round of ops is going to be the last for a while, fingers crossed...
