Samsung Galaxi mini problems

Just a shot in the dark here folks, my daughter has one of these fangled bits of kit, she has a digital pasword that locks the phone, trouble is, my darling daughter has had a head rush and forgot the password , its not a numeric one, its one you can draw a pattern on the screen by joining the dots up !!!. I have tried taking the battery out, and the sim all to no avail.]

Has someone out there on thl had a similar problem, and more to the point, knows how to fix it ??? Because she is doing my head in and I dont know how to fix it .

Ive the same phone she will have to contact her network provider... See if they can help!

Just keep trying to unlock on the screen swipy thingy. After so many tries it will/should ask you for some other info, maybe/probably. Ive done it with mine before.

Sorted it, orange didnt want to f****n know, samsung said it would take a fortnight to get it sent off etc etc, so i foned carfone warehouse in Merthyr, a girl told me they can do it in their shop on the industrial estate via a computer, but she said to try google first, put in master reset for galaxi mini, up it came, told me what to do, and the jobs done, but if anyone is going to resrtore all factory settings, remove sim and piccy card first as you may lose the lot . Fair play to her, i wouldnt have thought of that, job done, and my daughter is almost a normal human being again as opposed to the hatefull creature she had been over that b*****d fone lol
