heres another theory as the advert [for stud] says that was put up on the sparticus thrend ( the dog won so many shows before other so called workers) maybe he saw the dog at one of these shows ,only another theory tho

People went to Gouldy more than the dog, i saw sparticus when i was i my twenties and walked away, he looked more like a bitch than a dog.

I never saw sparticus but blackjack was a lump of a dog and rags was a doggy looking bitch

He had a lot of bull in him the bitch we put him to had no bull in her but 1/2 the litter was brindle but thay all work 4 in the litter a very good dog called tyson and bitch called jem

Ive read this topic and generally agree with most of whats been said, id just say that whether that ad was entirely true or not KG's reputation can only have been built on solid stock or he would have been found out years ago. In the end its just like cleanspade said , it depends on where youre moral compass is set at if you would have a pup off a big producer or not. And in pre ban days the greater ammount of lads out working up and down the land produced big volume breeders.
