Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin
Have a ride around the days are long and rabbit numbers are at there highest and with the harvest being slowed by the wet weather the farmers/landowners have a little time prior to the maddness of harvest. So a little legwork now will pay off come winter so go for bag some more permission not long till the start of the season the rabbit number here in oxfordshire are high. ATB Cookie Quote Link to post

ATB Cookie rabbit numbers are high here aswell but not as high as the grass 6ft in places, you carnt see squat if the barley that was planted later than some, doesnt get some sun soon its going to start to go black and the stuff that is nearly ready will probably need to be dried, more money for the farmers they will not be in a good mood Quote Link to post
Guest cookiemonsterandmerlin
Its that so many ferreters seem to think that ferretting is a winter hobby I am always planning my season for coming year as soon as the old one finnishs and seeking rabbit hotspots and door knocking even clearing some buries/warrens towards the end of the summer pays off come the season. So get out there instead of mooching around THL and I will not have to read so many sob stories I cant get any land, ATB Cookie 1 Quote Link to post
