tomano1 80 Posted June 26, 2012 Report Share Posted June 26, 2012 Hi I've got two old BSA 22 one is a meteor and the other is a air sporter I'm going to do them up and do a before and after question they both have a about an 6 mill hole and the end off the barrel is it for an inverted silencer cos the sportier has a threaded hole at the end I've looked under BSA and it's looks like a large silencer nearly the size off the barrel any advice ? secretagentmole 1,701 Posted July 1, 2012 Report Share Posted July 1, 2012 (edited) You will need a spring removal tool, a bit of steel pipe, 27mm outside diameter, 100 mm long, with two slots 4mm wide and 25mm deep, the spring is held in by a pin, you use this tool to compress the spring so you can take the pin out!
