3175darren 1,102
How long you had her,?????????? have you tried her between two fences where she cant get around you,?????????when she is working is she constantly looking for you ????????how old is she ??whats she like with the gunfire ???how confident is the dog, some times things like this can be caused when they move home, it knocks there confidence and she might want a bit of time to settle, Quote Link to post

3175darren 1,102
Shes still very young dont get her over hot, remember they are easy enough to get going, they can be swines to stop concentrate on sitting give her time,I think two weeks is too soon to worry about how she hunts if I am honest, try walking her up a quiet road, something with a pronounced curb clap your hands and cast her off to the side of the road,as you do this walk towards a curb say at 45 degrees turn you body so in her eyes she will be at the side of you,as she gets to the curb spin on your foot and head back to the other curb clapping your hands clearly and cast her towards that direction, dont speak if you can help it,until she reaches the curb then praise, clap, and turn her, dont over do the praise she has to earn that, after a week or so you should be able to walk down the middle of the road, just casting her each side with your hands, hope this helps Quote Link to post
