Casso 1,264
My 9month old lurcher is the same. She was great from a young age but then changed recently. I have been using a long line (that I had for my horse) to use on the dog. I would just let the line drop behind her and use rewards like chicken sausage etc and reward her everytime she came close then reduce it to only when I recalled her..which seems to be working. mix it up a bit as well bud, dont just always feed, throw a ball an odd time between treats, try an gauge which has more reaction on the pup, create an interest for the pup in coming into your space, we all like surprises its the same for dogs, the biggest draw in Christmas for the kids is the potential to get something great its the one time of the year when they're on their best behavior, and its all built on an illusion, build that into the dog that when he comes to you its under the illusion that something great will happen, treat , play , ball , tug item, throw a stick, mix it all up, it plays right in there with a canines inquisitive nature, best of luck ,,
