patterdalejoel 669 Posted May 19, 2012 Report Share Posted May 19, 2012 if i feed my pup chicken that i have bought from a shop, she loves it and eats it as normal. if i butcher a chicken, one of my own or a spare cockerel i have aquired, she will not touch it, not even look at it. it is a lot darker than shop bought chicken, and not as much meat as a broiler bird. any ideas why????? planete 120 Posted May 20, 2012 Report Share Posted May 20, 2012 I would like to know as well as I tried feeding a still warm road kill pheasant to my dog who eats raw chicken only to have him act as if I was trying to poison him!
