PlasticJock 539 Posted May 14, 2012 Report Share Posted May 14, 2012 Just been warned about dog thieves, Romanian gypsies (The real ones, not the white ones with a cockney accent) have moved into east Lothian and apparently they're cheeky cnuts, grabbing dogs by cars while the owners lock up and allsorts. I saw a couple of fat birds with kids lifting charity bags the other day. Also I was told (not sure it it's true) that they're after terrier/lurcher types....
