Fisheruk 1
Try early morning. 5.30 it is light but they should still be around. Try baiting a safe area with feed to bring them into an area where you can snipe them from cover. Quote Link to post
StevoSmith 147
Hey matty this is not uncommon for rabbits........they are not just creatures of the night mate.....the permission owner may well be seeing alot of bunnys but during the day...more so this time of year when they have young as demand for food is at it's peak.......is the garden center open 7 days a week?....if it is then early mornings is prob best....if it is closed 1 day a week you can spend all day there.......go there during day and spend some time mooching about and get thier habits sorted.....also like has been said try baiting them this can sometimes work wonders Hope you get yaself a few for the pot soon mate Quote Link to post

Probuk 93
Try getting there before light and sit it out till light. Same last thing in the evening, get there before dusk and sit it out..be patiant. Dont bother with the lamp by the sound's of it there already very shy..cleaver. Shy rabbit's will be out during the day but they'l be in the cover where they feel safe, the doe's wont go far from the burrow's because of the young. This time of year the doe's wont come out till late on..there feeding the young during the day so during day your more likley to get the buck's espesially first thing in the morning because the does kick them out after mating all night. A doe will be pregnent even a week or so after giving birth so she's tyerd and buisy looking after young and getting jumped all night. Marty Edited May 11, 2012 by Probuk Quote Link to post
