tegater 789 Posted April 29, 2012 Report Share Posted April 29, 2012 Load the footage into movie maker, then split the footage to the bit you want slowing down. Then go to "edit" then "speed" and choose the speed. Windows 7 will do it, xp won't, not sure about Vista. Hope this helps. Quote Link to post
