I did loads of running when younger, 5-10 miles every night, and 13-15 mile on a sunday which could do in 2 hours, so know all about the buzz from running. But alot of people go behind there own( natural) abilty , and thats when you can get probs with your body (joints,muscle,) and the big one heart. Real shame what happened, but thats life .!
