paulus 26 Posted April 25, 2012 Report Share Posted April 25, 2012 training is easy if the dogs centre of attension is the trainer even when working, if the dog will stop and look at you whilst its doing its job then the trainer is always in control, due to the multiple activites i do with my dogs. a lot of work goes into being able to work them close or away depending on whether im shooting or just general mooching or lamping. im finding hard to explain this, when you first go into a field and let the dogs off and they go charging off down the field, i expect my dogs to stop and look at me for a cue as to what i want them to do next, come back,go left or right or wait untill i catch up if that makes sense.
