Advice needed

I'm shortly applying for my FAC, in an ideal world i would like a 22. and a 223. am i better iust applying for a 22. on its own or apply for both calibres at the same time? Would it improve my chances of being granted my FAC with only applying for a small calibre first?

Both ! As long as you have a valid reason and place to shoot them you should be fine.

Go for both at the same time like the man says, good reason and permission to suite the calibre then your well away.and it saves you £26 when you put in a variation for the 223 at a later date,

go for a 243, stronger on fox and one for deer. id apply for both, just get a landowner to write you out the permission and state the reasons, oe game it will be used on and you should be fine
