Mount and plumb new toilet. Re-Plumb whole bathroom, sink and bath etc. Fit shower over bath connected to A combi. Also move washer from cupboard in bathroom to an out house and plumb waste. Cold water already there. Shower and toilet already purchased. Cost of labour and materials £470. What do you think? About right?
