I think there about 20ft lb they have a larger cylinder than other springs thus giving more power/air per sweep, so take less effort of the spring..it should have slightly more recoil than sub 12ft lbs ..what I can gather , I'm not totally sure about that as I have no experience with one but it all makes sense, in my little brain Lol

about 22 24fp in .177, about 24-26 in .22 used to be the rumour.. they will go higher but after about 30 they start to ware out very quixcck, stock screws go first then other bits follow..

there is the sonic issue with FAC, closer to it you get the worse the accuracy becomes untill your on it then its pissing in the wind passed ratting distances.

best to get a shop to spring the 80's...i've seen the lump the main spring guide leaves on a guys head, i'm talking all but instant a duck egg size that spilts with the swelling, thats in time it took to turn and shut the shop door, the guy apeared with breeding advice for 80's lol f******cking 80's!!!

BOX SPRINGS ARE SHORTER THAN THE ROUND CROSS SECTION.. but box springs in their esence used to be a heapa shite..dropping in power very quick in three four stages.. years back mind for that info, cant even remember what the round cross section springs were called. just like every thing else theres the best one and the worste one.

see a shop for it mate..

from what i saw at the shop the lump could kill if it hit the rong place..be warned.
