DanRaistrick 53
what i like is how you've introduced him properly and set a good example, didnt be a naughty lad and slip on the hares love seeing people out with young lads showing them the way properly, stops them turning into little b*****rds and smashing all game and mistreating peoples land Quote Link to post
Richard Morgan 38
With his mother out at the bingo my youngest son Brodie was folowing me about the house tonight. I went upstairs and got my lamp and battery out and he asked what I was going to do, you should've seen the look on his face when I told him he was going lamping with me. It was to be his first time out with the beam and we just walked from the house and did the three fields behind the wood. On the way I told him that as soon as we got through the wood and into the field we'd have to be quiet and fair play to him he never raised his voice once, not even when the lamp lit something up he spoke in a whisper all the time we were in the fields. As luck would have it rabbits were in short supply, we only saw two and Molly only got slipped on one which she picked up handily enough. We did light up two hares and two woodcock, after letting Brodie have a good look at them we left them in peace. He was happy to pose with the rabbit and Molly when we got home. good stuff Quote Link to post
