air gun help

i am looking to buy an air rifle, i will be using it for rabbits, any recomendations on a gun to buy welcome please, not wanting something mega expensive, as long as it will kill a rabbit that will do me fine.

What type of air rifle do you want mate?,,,PCP....CO2...GasRam...Springer?......all have pros and cons buddy this will also depend on your budget mate...if buying new then i would rule out PCP'c as they expensive to set up.....Co2 rifles in my eye's just dont cut it and there are to many variables in certain weather conditions..springers and gasrams are prob your best best..As HUNTER BOY said head over to your local Feildsports shop and see what they have to offer..also giving us an idea of your budget would be helpful....also be aware of the laws reguarding Air Rifles mate as you dont want to fall foul of the law with your first rifle.

as above, but for rabbit, i would go for a pcp, less sound.

Have the HW100KT in .22 and the HW100T FAC in .177 here.

 

Both are fantastic but the 'KT is the one every time if I'm gonna be walking around.

 

If I'm camping in one spot though, then the .177 comes into it's own.

 

 

There are plenty of lighter and cheaper machines out there though, so it depends on your budget as well.

I'd have a search around the forum , theres loads of advice here and more than one thread on the subject. Probably why I'm only on my on my second post, too much to read
