bam air guns

Has any one used one

 

I have a underleaver and its not bad for a Chinese copy I herd some modles are quite good and some are shite i cant see any model name on mine it just says bam

 

Are they safe as I am going to buy a better gun soon and ill let the lad have the bam and try and get him off the x box and out in the fresh air

To make the gun safe when you load a pellet, make sure you hold the underlever all the time ,incase the trigger fails .I hold the underlever on my hw 97 when loading ,it should have better biuld quality than a Bam but to just make sure .If the golden rule dont piont a gun at any one is observed .

Ya I no not. to point it at any one pal cheers for the tip about holding the leaver ....I didnt think off that it would takeyour fingers off i suppose I'd the trigger failed

 

But in general are they a shite Riffle or ok

hi mate i had a bam 40 its a copy of the tx200 it was a crap rifle until some one told me to change the spring for a tx200 spring do not put a ox spring in it as this will put the power well over the top and if you get the old bill on your case you will lose your rifle and a big fine the bear trap takes some getting used to but once you have mastered it bobs your uncle mine was one of the best rifle,s iv had but you have to change the spring for a tx200 spring and put the cheep chine,s one in the bin hope this helps atb mac

Cheers mate ill try that i think.... do u no what silencers will fit to as its to loud to hunt with as it is sorry to sound thick or daft I only just gettin in to hunting really
