neve saw a whippet win a hunting rabbiting trail when the nlrc had them was mostly grew collie type , and this was a rabbit contest , and never new many full time rabbiters owning whipps in the eighties ninties , there no were as good as a purpose bred lurcher thats for sure

wacthed the vid , about whipps being the best i think of lurchers now and present and a whipp wouldnt hold a candle to them , katie kizzy luke maggie lana minni bob and they all bred true so no mongrels were top class rabbiting dogs and some allround dogs , video was a joke saying whipps best etc we wo8ldnt have purpose bred lurchers if whipps were the bees knees

ITS atrue fact what youre saying blackwater , the sorry thing his today peaople got pu;lled in and are more willing to accept stock of acertain standard you and me both know deep winter rabbs rough conditions shining 4 nightrs a week ferriting in between , they do not have the constitution to 30lplus rabbs anwhatever else thweek in week out all winter i have owned them and ewhile they can be ok , they cant hold to a well bred purpose alllround rabbit dog , i am in the mind , to believe the types of handler of old are like rocking horse shit and fast becoming extinct .atb bunnys.
