Think I read an earlier post of your's re the stock. You were happy with making one appart from the inletting of the action. I had a go at making one myself a while back, and have to say I thougherly enjoyed doing it. Was lucky to have a Carpenter friend who did the inletting for me. If you dont know any carpenters, have a word with a joinery shop boss/manager, offer a bit of cash and you may get the offer of help. Take your existing stock along with you for them to get some idea of what you need. Best to ask before you order your blank Dont know if you have seen the custom stock thread pinned on here, I made a few notes that may help you, then again, they may not :laugh: Wish you luck with making it buddy.
