Or he has awkward spots that need a big net, I prefer to use the bigger nets old charlie doesnt tend to find his way out of them in a hurry.

:laugh: i just copied off one of my fox nets that id bought out of a shop its not to do with the size of the fox its so they cover the holes i have been to sets where even a 6ft net wont cover certain holes atb pal

is that like 2 rows of 8 then two rows of 9 then so on ??

mine are 6ft long using a 3"mesh board..

 

So thats 24 meshes 10 adding a mesh then four the same then ten down starting with 8meshes off a 2" ring

yer mate i made one to day starting with 8 on the ring then 8 again then up to two rows of 18 then back down to two rows of 8s on the ring too big i think

6ft min mate remember when you set them they become shorter as you open them out over a hole

nice one mate i will make more up now , nice to make them morethan the rabbet nets .

i knit mine 15 wide meshes all the way down pal
