whats wrong

just been out with my terrier & my sisters terrier hers is about six year old and normally she will work cove all day long she must of been out with me 1hr to 1 1/2 and i had to pick her up and walk home as she was falling over could not even stand up surely she shouldn't be knackered surely any ideas

Could be a heart murmur this can affect them around that age, or could be a virus, I'd get her checked out just to be sure. (By the way nice dog in your profile pic) :thumbs:

well i shit myself when this started happening as i was in middle of nowhere and its not my dog id don't think this has happened to her before but i will pass all message on to my sister and talk about insurance mine is due to renew in January anyone know a good insurer im currently using aa and thanks (nip2)

alot of harding working bushing dogs over work them selfs when there not fit enough had it few times :thumbs:

thats what i was thinking not fit enough but she didnt really do a great deal today i usually take mine out hours on end mind you still only 13 months old but also fed well probably unlike my sisters just a cheap biscuit

and no shes not over weight ministick999

my terriers do this sometimes and its down to an allergy, if i go to a certain place after a while they start falling over and coughing, when they get up they keep falling over. they will stop feeding so i syringe a bit of milk into them. after a while they get over it , i think its something they spray on the fields. its frightening at first but they get over it, pm me mate and i will give you my number i will explain better
