Huwidge 69
decided to take the pup out tonight on his own, he has been out a couple of times with the older dog to see how its done. he is 8 months but being a deerhound/greyhound/bull he is going to be a big dog so don't want to rush him. last thing i want to do is ruin his joints because there is still growing to be done. was very pleased how he was following the beam but he doesn't seem to be spotting every rabbit straight away but this will come in time. only gave him a couple of runs and very pleased with the result. nothing feels better than seeing your pup catching his first rabbit. will now take it steady with him because as i said before the last thing i want to do is physically damage him before he is fully grown.
