paulus 26 Posted November 4, 2011 Report Share Posted November 4, 2011 hot spots are areas of infected skin, never found out why some dogs get them, but i do believe what they eat makes a difference, if you feed dry food try barf it might work, other than that all you can do is cover with sudacream or any other antibacterial cream.
