Tyla 3,179
My boots have just finally gived up and given me a wet foot. I want some recommendations please, not for wellies or high leg boots, got those, just need a decent, genuinely waterproof pair of ankle boots for day to day Winter use. hyperion 122
Just bought a pair of Berghaus explored ridge ankle boots for £130 nice and light and had them a day now and they haven't fallen apart yet! :D not sure how long they will last mind! Had a pair of Brasher anle boots a couple of years back that were really good but only lasted the one season but they were only around £65 but were pretty good for the money. Tyla 3,179
Cheers lads, i'm not too keen on the army boots. They're too high and a pain in the arse for taking on and off in day to day use, i've got a good pair of high legs i use for hunting so i just want an ankle boot that wont leak and lasts a while. I like the idea of the berghaus, price tag makes me cringe but i suppose you get what you pay for.

littlefish 602
Try Seal Skinz waterproof socks. Even when your boots leak a bit- and I think they all do after a while - your feet are dry when you take the boots off. I think mine cost £20. Worth a try.
