P.O.A on a deer

I'm just starting to shot deer i would like to know some the best places to shot a deer. I know theres loads of ways to shot a deer but is there any one that better than others, a neck can be done in lots if ways but weres the best place.

But for a start head/neck shooting is not for a beginner,so stick to the heart/lung shot,often referred to as a 'boiler-room shot'

Good advice from both as the chap said practice makes perfect contact basc or bds get some training done ither with a training provider or some one qualified ie approved witness respect your quarry and never shoot unless your 110 % certain it's a safe and legal shot

Thanks for that martin just what i wanted, its hard to find what you want on the net sometimes. I will stick to the chest shot for now but its always good to now more shots incase you need them.

As above great advice, buy a target with the areas printed on it, and practice at the ranges you intend to shoot at,

as your starting out the boiler room is the only shot i would recommend until you gain experience and knowledge.
