secretagentmole 1,701
You looking for a new rifle or secondhand? Secondhand opens a whole can o worms, you could, in theory, get a new HW 95, superb little break barrel, full powered and accurate as heck, I know that Redbeck do them at £265, so with a bit of begging and pleading you should be able to get a scope and mounts chucked in for £300 as well! 1 Quote Link to post

secretagentmole 1,701
Well, let us be blunt, do you have the so called "noodle arms" of the undernourished playboxiii addict or are you able to hold a decent amount of weight? If you can manage 6kg in a rifle then the top end of the springer line falls into reach (and may I congratulate you on being sensible and looking at secondhand as well), look for an Air Arms TX200 (and mark wioll do, either one, two or three, I recently bought a 20 year old mark one TX, still puts out over 10 and a half foot pound, with Walthar scope, sling and a bag for £160), HW 77 or HW97, get yourself down a gun shop and see which you like best, then go online and look. No need to feel guilty about not buying from the gun shop, remember you will keep him in business buying pellets, scopes, cleaning kits, targets, target boxes, the list goes on and on...
