rocky070707 30
my pup is nine and half months old l have just started it on the lamp two weeks ago and had a few rabbits with him went out last night and he open my eyes up took a rabbit out of the seat then had a run on a rabbit took him two turns so l am happy, then l kept walking then l found a long ears and l let him go he got to it and smashed it with in five turns on a bald grass field at this time l am so happy with my pup so l carry on walking and l am very happy man as you can imagine then spot another long ears then l said to my self should l or not but l did and he smashed that so l am over the moon now and l start to walk and make my way back to the car as a very happy man then see another long ears and l said to my self no and the pup was pulling like mad so l let him go by this time the long ears was a long way away but he got to him and smashed it . when he came back i put the lead on proper with no intention of slipping him no more. Its been 30 years since ive had a pup like this and times on his side. If i can will download pics 2 morrow ATB lads this season. Quote Link to post

rocky1 942
you waited a long time for a decent pup that you could off ruined by slipping him/her on that hare ,dogs lungs are not fully delovepment and neiher are other fital organs ,even know he caight it quick it could of been a couple of minutes course and scared the dog lungs for life ,best of keeping it on rabbits for the rest of this season atb 1 Quote Link to post
