wedge2409 98
called at this new range today to zero my rifle and a bit of plinking.to zero your rifle they have paper targets set at 5yrd intervals starting at 10 and going up 50yrds.for plinking they have everything, vermin, spinner, cans, empty cartridges, etc they even had tic tacs to set up on the back wall 52yrds away.its a great place to see how accurate your rifle is in a still air environment. i met ben the owner who told me of his plans for the club, cafe with pool table ,new windows to alllow more light in.he also would like shooters input on how to make it better.if you live near by and the weather,s bad try it out,you don't have to be a member.£6 for 1/2 day.p.s 10 shot zero at 35yrds 5 at each target, then shot at spinners and cartridges at 50yrds,,,,ste http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gImzUZdTHls Quote Link to post

Hi Ste. There could be such a nice social atmosphere there, especially when he gets the cafe opened up. Must say I envy you mate, that will be a terrific range to belong to. Clear the floors and even have a members Xmas dinner and dance / raffle Could arrange indoor competitions, fun shoots etc. Im pleased you have found a pellet your happy with, and that the rifle likes. Keep us up to date on the club Ste, it will be nice to watch it grow in popularity and membership, and its devlopment too. You lucky lucky bucker you ATB. Bill. Quote Link to post
