Hunting with Springers

Who here prefers to hunt with springers over Pcps? and why?

 

its a bloody miserable day here so thought it pose this question to pass some time.

Just got back from a afternoon at my new permission, me and a mate went i have a springer and he a pcp, now i liked shooting both, pcp for easy shooting, springer for feel of shot and exsperience.

Will definatly be honing my skills with the springer as it feels good to shoot.

Dont prefer either really mate, both are brilliant.

 

A PCP is just tonnes easier to gain good accuracy with and we all try to place the best shot that we can so the easier the better in some cases (not all).

 

If i go hunting with springer and make a good clean kill, its better than going out with a PCP and making a good clean kill as it takes more skill and correct usage of the rifle, follow through, trigger technique and position and hold.

i personaly love springers and use a tx200 mk2. zini got the answer bang on
