mackem 29,360
Just spent a month or two on Gib,been there many times in the past, anyone interested in bird-watching in general or birds of prey in particular wouldnt go amiss booking a cheap flight and spending a weekend on the rock, massive amounts of birds, mainly BOP's migrating over the straits at this moment in time, not difficult to see upwards of 100 birds riding the thermals all at once, saw Egyptian Vultures,Booted Eagles,Black Kites,Osprey etc in a single day, worth jumping a flight if its your interest.Couldnt get any pics as my camera is a point-and-shoot happy-snappy pocket thing but someone with decent kit could capture some seriously good images.
