skycat 6,174 Posted September 30, 2011 Report Share Posted September 30, 2011 You have to make sure and get all the dust out from right under the eyelids: top and bottom. I use a plastic syringe, without a needle obviously, to wash the eyes out, and I hold the eyelids right back to get the muck out, rinsing with cooled boiled water.Keep doing it over and over until you are sure there's nothing left. It's surprising how much dust gets right up inside the lids: black ash is really bad, almost as bad as sand IMO: scratches the surface of the eyes. Fucithalmic is the best: wouldn't use anything else. Quote Link to post
