Hedgehogs climbing?

im fed up of the little feckers, 34 at the last count so far, in ivy,under hedges even out of rabbit holes and i mean deep in rabbit holes, and they recon the feckers are in decline :laugh: too right they are round here :laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

ive not seen one round here for around 2 years, not even a flat one on the road :cray:

Egg sooking wee b*****ds.

I know a keeper who claims one got into one of his pens (on the rearing field) and killed a few young poults.

 

But we were both drunk at the time and I don't know whether he was taking the piss or not :laugh:

No he wasn't. Had a few poults getting eaten a good few years back in a 'realese' pen....they were up againt the wire and looked like an unusual kind of kill. Well i got a dead hedgehog in the morning once, must have ate something that didnt agree with it.... :whistling:
