Got some new permission about 18 acres only 2 fields so didn't take long. Took the pup out been going out about 4 times a week so he's starting to look at beam etc. Spotted a sitter so was straight onto it dog nailed it his first sitter 3rd one on the lamp so far ;-) had a slip real good long run turned it 6 times but got to the hedge. On his way back to us he was onto another must of been a ok run considering it was in the dark(dad with lamp I swear he's going death he coludnt hear were dog was!!) he ended up behind us inches away from the rabbit nearly smacking into me legs! Moved onto next field saw one in middle of stubble field, good slip turned it twice then headed to the edge of the field... But it was fenced properly with mesh so couldn't get through (great for helping young dogs out in my eyes!) was chasing it up and down fence for a while eventually he turned it away from the fence and got his kill ;-) 4th rabbit on lamp so far :-) he had another slip but some partridge flew up and seemed to confuse him so that was us for the night 2 bagged in half hour not bad going fir young un :-)
