neilnbeanie 10 Posted August 26, 2011 Report Share Posted August 26, 2011 September can be the best month of all mate, I reckon they have a big feed up before they go dormant through the winter. Many believe as long as the water temp is above 10 degrees, they will feed. They can be caught all year round but its very hit and miss and this tends to be more on overstocked waters. hunt 30 Posted August 27, 2011 Report Share Posted August 27, 2011 I've had cats all year and to be honest the best fishin to be had where they are at the biggest has been winter mind you this was in Spain still cold at night though we had the to over 180 lb with ton ups on a regular basis the best bait we have found these days out there has to be pellet they have seemed to prefer an easy meal these days Quote Link to post
