Kay 3,709
Basically they died of old age & the few ferrets to come to the door in the morning were put in a box & had a jolly good day out. a ferret is a ferret at the end of the day, should i treat them differently or something if they are not worked ? Ossie 11
i need to get my scanner back from mums'. got a pic of me with my first ferret, a big albino hob called Norman (i have no idea why i called him that, but i was only 6 when i got him!). soppy as anything, i used to take him for walks all the time, dad worked him, and one of the local pubs used to do an annual ferret race, he was always the fastest there. he was the only one who didn't nod off in the pipes! he got used to flush out the ferrets that had fallen asleep. little cracker, all my dads current ferrets are descended from him, as is one of mine (equaly soppy!). he was great fun at the races, if anyone he didn't like the smell of picked him up, he'd piss all over them!
