19powell90 89
hey peeps ( <--- wat a dik ) I've recently changed my pellets in my hw100 from aa field to h&n ftt's and i know the h&n's are a lot harder than the aa's. i went out today and took aim on a rabbit and the crack from the h&n hitting its skull was very noticeably a lot louder than I've ever shot and where the pellet had entered was a beautiful pellet hole but on the other side of its head was a mess of exit hole and a lot more blood than usual. unfortunately i did not get a chance to shoot another but just wondered if anyone has had this experience with harder pellets or just a coincidence. atb scott Quote Link to post
rossi_j 99
massive difference in the level of noise between aa field and bisley magnums and i mean massive! Also a lot less deformation with the bis mags hense lads having problems with over penatration. .atb. .ste. Quote Link to post
clubshot 22
As with .177 and .22 Most Air Gun Pellets are made of Lead Often with odd added Extra's for better production But Noise does not Kill - But a well positioned Air Gun Pellet Does BOB/R Quote Link to post
