Bosun11 537
Stevie, this type of battery was the first used when laming was in it's infancy. Back then lampers were recognisable by the holes in their jackets and trousers, (never mind the skin rashes), caused by the spillage of acid. Times changed and when dry cell batterys came on the market they were used, the impovements were vast, we are now moving ever so slowly (because of the price) over to Lithium. The old lead acid did a job but for the cost of a decent dry cell you'd get years of shining out of it with none of the problems of the old motor bike ones. You pays your money and takes your choice... It's your call...! Quote Link to post
