Gin 503
Best bet is Lurcher Rescue,- North East Lurcher Rescue or Northumberland Lurcher/Greyhound Rescue. Lots of lads are giving up the dogs.
Guest SJM
Chester is planning a litter of pups, the bitch is a good proven worker thats taken a variety of quarry and the sire is very well bred from coursing lines
tote 861
get a pup mate , train it through the off season , put the work in and reap the benifets next season ( what sort of breeding you after? ) Dale Good advice Dale,90% of the adult dogs on the market have a fault, your just buying someone's problem. The satisfaction of rearing and training your own cannot be surpassed. :thumbs-up:
FPO 0
get a pup mate , train it through the off season , put the work in and reap the benifets next season ( what sort of breeding you after? ) Dale :thumbs-up: Second that opinion, Rescued a lurcher from getting the bullet up on moor, Mate who put us in touch said she was great little lurcher, she is, but not a hunting bone in her body! Luckily I was able to sucker my mother that she needed a dog and the exercise, she now has a lovely home, but think although there are loads of dogs that need good homes, if you want it for a specific job you should get a pup. Then maybe a rehomed one for company :thumbs-up:
