i was just walking the dogs and went over a little bridge over a beck, i spat a peice of gum into the beck and a trout came out and took it

Yep caught a few on cigrette ends over the years, chewing gum and pieces of paper, tis double easy if they are stockies used to being fed pellets

Trout will eat owt. I seen em eat or try to eat bits of twigs, leaves and even duck feathers.
