Kits having a good munch.

Recommended Posts

Had a nice wee litter this year, first time i've bred in an age. The Jill had 3 hobs and 2 Jills, i'd have preferred it the other way round, but such is life. Keeping 3 of them, and one is going to our 13 year old apprentice. They are 6 weeks ish now, and have been destroying about a rabbit a day for the last 3 weeks (with mum). I own both hob and jill.

Anyway, here's two of them having a munch and a rag.

They have dry in there as well, mainly to bulk up the jill, but they have a nibble, but are not that interested, even soaked. Drop some bunny in though and they all wake up and set to like piranhas! It's great watching them

Aye mate, thems the ones! I got one albino hob in the litter mate, head like a fecking bucket  Nice litter that 2 jills and a hob, i kind of wanted to keep two jills from this litter but have promised one away to a young lad, so will keep one, probably the albino (the other is sandy, both are cracking and it's a tough choice), i'll also keep the albino hob and one of the remaining sandy hobs, and then need to find a good, deserving home for the remaining hob. Look forward to seeing your new lad mate!

And yep, they are out of Ruby, put to my hob Bear, that's kind of why i will probably keep the albino kits, hoping they come out like mum
