lurcher330 2,301
Albert will you get to do the same at Leinster House for the launch of Birr L330, The Stormont launch was the all Ireland launch of both fairs - we follow this up with a Press breakfast at Shanes Castle on the Friday morning before the fair and a press launch on the evening of the 27th July at Birr Castle. We have launched before at the Michael Collins Barracks and other public venues in the south but have found that the format that are using this year works best for media coverage. Albert sound Albert just if you were im only down the road from Leinsteir house so i would have been there to offer my support

Albert sound Albert just if you were im only down the road from Leinsteir house so i would have been there to offer my support I hope you're coming to Shanes Castle to see the REAL thing! The best game fair that I have organised in over 30 years -more guns, more stands , more attractions! One thing on the press reception - our guest country sports speaker was Des Crofton, Director of the NARGC. The general concensus of opinion , including from the politicians, but also terrier & lurcher folk, anglers, game shooters, wildfowlers and hunting people was that his speech showed passion, fire and steely determination to defend our sports. I have had several calls suggesting we need him to defend our shooting interests in NI. In my opinion CAI do a fair job overall throughout Ireland on the wider issues but for someone to defend shooting on this island in my opinion and apparently many others Des is the man. Des and the NARGC will be exhibiting at Birr. Let him know he should be defending shooting on a 32 county basis!

See downloadable programme on www.irishgamefair.com Make a point of saying hallo when you're up. Albert
