hi mate,

i dont really know any thing about the browning t bolt .22lr, :icon_redface: but if your buying your first rifle you wont go wrong with a cz,ive had two of these in the past, and i cant say anything bad about them, they are a good price to buy,and they are consistenly accurate, and it will last for years how ever much you use it,there ideal for rabbits,i had a parker/hale moderator, and

3-9-40 sights,

sorry i couldnt answer your question, its another option for you.

thanks tillylamp.

Hi Freeman,

Here are a couple of reviews for you:

and:

Hope they are of some help, I was seriously considering one myself but I think I am going to stretch myself to an anschtuz thumbhole instead.

I have a T-Bolt in .22LR and can't really fault it. Accuracy is spot on, very quick at reloading with the straight pull bolt and a 10 round magazine.

The difference in accuracy between most new .22LRs is very minimal, especially for field shooting.

I bought a 16" carbine version of the T-Bolt which makes it still light and balanced even with a mod on the end.

I owned an original 'T' bolt and would have another in a heart beat. My mate owns one now; and I'd buy it off him in a heart beat.

Very accurate, very high quality. The straight pull back is quick and a joy to use in prone.

thanks for all the replies everyone other people have advised on cz and i agree are a very accurate rifle which is what counts i suppose but ive always had browning shotguns and they have always been as sound as a pound well built, reliable and pesonally i like the styling and i assume the rifles will be the same just wasnt sure about the accuracy and range compared to a cz or ancutz cheers for the info anymore would be great.

People recommend CZ because they used to be very cheap and accurate. So they sold loads of them. Now they are not so cheap and still very accurate. So generally you wont go wrong with one. I looked at the 17 CZ and Browning and bought the browning cos it was cheaper and lighter and just as accurate.

My only complaint is it aint a left hooker.

Had my T Bolt .22LR a couple of years now and find it a great little rifle, it is a pleasure to shoot. It is my vermin control tool(lamping bunnies on my local golf course)and mated with B&T Moderator,LED Lenser under barrel light and Winchester Subs it is deadly. The action is a quick straight pull coupled with 10 shot rotary magazine. Touch wood I have never had any feed problems which is reassuring in the dark. Top tang mounted safety is handy also. Never hunted with any other rifle so I cannot comment. Love it!
