Blue one 89
very interesting and good to watch, till it got to the end, they are not meant to kill their pray?? The pair that were running, did not look like they wanted to kill that rabbit? so they have no instinct to kill, just to chase? they ran on some bloody rough ground though, ill give them that. think again fella the owners of them sals were probebly of the muslim religion they wouldnt want the pray dead !! they would want to kill it hallal !! so the dogs were probebly trained to hold,, till the quarry was dispatched by the owner then he could disspatch and eat the meat, compying with his religious beliefs. Yes, very true. They have to let the animal bleed from the throat first. I was impressed with the rough ground they could run on wonder if the saluki hybrids over here, have the same feet ect? i like them a lot, salukis, prehaps one day, i will have one, as a hunter. nellandbran 8
Here's a thought. Do you think the skeletal shape/ lung capacity of salukis bred in Britain for many generations will differ much to that of those still bred in the middle east? Also do those lads in the fens ever get any salukis imported? Ps no one tell me to pm baw! Haha Cracking video! I would'nt say so, seeing as, some saluki's bred over here are going back to the middle east Quote Link to post
